In order to be able to compete you will need medicals; blood work for HIV, Hept B, and Hept C, and a physical with an eye exam (print this form and take it to your appointment) https://athcomm.nebraska.gov/sites/athcomm.nebraska.gov/files/doc/athletic-pre-participation-physical-form.pdf

In the state of Nebraska medicals are good from July 1 - June 30 every year. You will also need a state license to be able to compete, the cost is $25 and you will be able to purchase that the night before you compete at weigh-ins. Your license is good until June 30th every year also.

You are required to wear some type of martial arts shorts, (woman tight shirt or sports bra), a mouthpiece, groin protection, (athletic tape and gauze are optional) and the promoter will provide gloves for you. If you are interested in competing please fill out the form and the matchmaker will get back to you.

Fight Pose Pictures

Pictures can be full length or upper thigh and up. Males no shirt, females tight shirt or sports bra. Hands must not be in face area. All body parts must be in the pictures. No hats or sunglasses. Please make sure the pictures are not blurry, preferrably taken indoors with a solid background. MMA gloves and/or hand wraps are not necessary but can be worn.
